Gi Group have an exciting new role on and are proud to be working with a market leading car manufacturer in the Southampton area. We are looking for candidate to join the Service Department as a Customer Contact Advisor, their role is imperative to assist in the smooth running of the business. Full Time: Up to 42.5 hours per week, £19,500 per annum The ideal candidates will show the following qualities: As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will have proven background working in providing customers with an excellent experience in person or by telephone. You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail; communication skills and the ability to use your initiative and a willingness to learn and develop. You will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills as well as an ability to work autonomously. You will be focused on delivering results and meeting customer expectations, setting high standards for quality and have the ability to follow instructions and procedures. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide customer service in line with the brand values, Customer Promise and Employee Commitment To qualify and log all incoming sales enquiries for presentation to Sales Assistant for Enquiry Management To receive customer enquiries by telephone and in person, establish the customer's key service / repair requirements Advise customers of precise and where appropriate, estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken Satisfy customers' needs through making additional products and services available to them Your Experience You will have a minimum of 5 GSCEs grade C and above, including Maths and English You will have a minimum 3 years' customer service experience You will have excellent IT and administration skills Benefits: 22 days' annual holiday plus bank holidays/Employee discount schemes/Pension scheme and more.
