This Global HR & Benefit Consulting firm are looking to hire and experienced Defined Contribution professional to lead their dedicated DC sales function.
Working closely with the national Head of DC Consulting your role will be to lead sales and new business efforts to secure new corporate and trustee pension clients.
You will help to set sales strategy, win new clients and projects (for a small number of whom you may also lead some service delivery), and work with the wider consulting team to assist them with their prospecting activity and new business strategy. You'll provide leadership and guidance to the team by attending pitch meetings, helping to review RFPs and offering ideas and insight.
Candidates must have previous demonstrable experience of securing new clients, though experience can have been gained in a DC Consulting or DC Provider environment. You will employ a highly collaborative and proactive approach, being happy to roll up your sleeves and get 'stuck in' alongside the team.
An industry related qualification such as PMI/IMC/CII would be highly advantageous.
