My client, a successful insurance provider based in Liverpool is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their friendly, forward thinking Marketing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the digital strategy across numerous websites. If you have experience of working within a strategic digital manager role, preferably client side, then please get in touch! This role will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure the brand message is communicated across the different businesses, reporting into the Head of Marketing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads and Pay Per Click (PPC) Also managing the digital strategy for 3 new websites Building and maintaining a brand s presence across multiple social media channels Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets Collaborating with media and sales teams to improve marketing results Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, service quotas, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment Coordinating with sales & marketing team to identify innovative growth strategies Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels. Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Pardot Design, implement, and monitor for automated campaigns across email and web, and advise clients on how to optimize further Skills Required: Educated to degree level Must have recent experience working client side in a Digital Manager role (hands on) Possess front end experience is essential Must have client side digital experience either b2b/b2c Experience in delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC, Social Media marketing Knowledge of sales Cloud and ability to set up features such as engagement history Campaign influence, B2B marketing analytics and drag-and-drop email builder Familiarity with non-native Pardot integrations (e.g. Zoom, Zapier) is desirable Experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector would be desirable Communicate project outcomes to client-side project stakeholders Experience in reporting and analysing campaign activity using Pardot reports, making recommendations to the business Hubspot experience would also be desirable Able to track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and keep to deadlines Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online Able to liaise with stakeholders, particularly marketing leadership on the client-side Possess a good understanding and strong interest in marketing technology and systems Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Experience with mapping and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns Attention to detail and the awareness to test everything that you do thoroughly and accurately Ability to think on your feet and project confidence Desirable Skills.. Certified Salesforce Administrator Knowledge of HTML or CSS for creating landing pages, forms, and email templates. Experience using the Pardot API to integrate third-party systems. Experience with other marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or Hubspot. .Active in the Salesforce Trailblazer community. Salary up to £60k (Depending on experience) Hours 8.30am-5pm Monday Friday (Hybrid working, flexible) Pension 24 days holiday + bank holidays Onsite canteen Sociable working environment
