Job description An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, talented individual to join TSYS Managed Services specialised Fraud Strategy Management Team as a Fraud Strategy Portfolio Manager. The Fraud Strategy Portfolio Manager will become part of the Fraud Strategy Management team and will be responsible for leading the day to day running of a number of Fraud Strategy clients. Reporting into the Head of Fraud Strategy, the jobholder will be expected to lead the fraud strategy service provided to our clients. This will include oversight of the client rule fraud prevention infrastructure, owning the client relationship, and leading the continuous improvement of the fraud strategy service. We are looking for an individual who possesses the analytical mind set, methodical approach and diligence to hit the ground running. Therefore experience in this sector is a must. Key accountabilities: Deliver against the contractual SLA performance with the client with regards to fraud, losses, rule performance, and customer interruption levels Deliver against the overall team vision of minimising the total cost of fraud for our clients. This needs the role holder to have a broad understanding of the workings of a UK credit card and have proven experience identifying the impact fraud and fraud strategies can have on a cards business Communicate effectively and appropriately with both internal & external customers at all business levels.
