Health and Social Care Assessor/Learning Coach 2 positions available, one for level 2/3 and one for level 5 delivery Fantastic opportunity to work in this organisation who value staff, they offer fantastic training and promotional prospects Home based role, then managing own diary, then covering the North-West such as Chester, Crewe, Warrington or Staffordshire, so can reside in the North-West or Staffordshire for this role, as be covering the locations closest to home JOB ROLE We are seeking a Health & social care Assessor for levels 2 and 3 or level 5 if you have that experience To observe, mark and assess and review the work of the learners for level As a Health & Social Care Assessor, you will be delivering training remotely to learners Visiting learners face to face when needed Functional skills embedment/delivery in Maths and English To support, motivate and mentor the learners Using a portfolio system Managing a caseload of learners Attend weekly remote meetings online with team members to encourage new ideas and concepts REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE Assessor qualified such as TAQA, A1, D32/D33 Must have assessed in Health and Social care levels 2 and 3 or level 5 SALARY AND BENEFITS Fully flexible working pattern- responsibility for planning your own diary Salary £27,750 to £29,750 per annum dependent upon experience Mileage paid 26 days holiday + stats per annum Death in Service Benefit Pension Laptop and mobile provided Blended delivery model which includes working from home, centres, and face to face on site visits Development opportunities through our own in-house programmes and recognised qualifications
