A superb HR Administrator opportunity has come up to work for our client in Lymington. This is an exciting, newly created generalist HR admin role to help support and build a growing area of the organization. Candidates must have some previous HR admin experience and have (or be working towards) at least a CIPD level 3 qualification.

Main duties;

  • Supporting recruitment process for growing departments
  • Update HR files
  • Basic payroll admin
  • Deliver and support training to staff on internal systems
  • Provide an approachable first line service to staff contacting HR

Key requirements.

  • Must have some HR experience and hold or be working towards a CIPD level 3 qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and hardworking attitude
  • Must be a strong administrator with excellent computing / IT skills
  • Must have own transport and full, clean driving license as role will require travel to Southampton office.

Salary and Benefits
