Working for this organisation that has grown by over 200 employees in the past 6 months with expected growth set to double again in the next 12 months. Client is very flexible on hours but min of 30 per week is probably required part time days but days must include a Friday The role will be working in offices if full time 830-5pm Monday to Friday. A key aspect of the role wll be the creation of policies whch have been largely ignored due to the massive and sudden growth of the organisation. You will be working alongside HR Manager and HR Administrator to formulate these policies as well as helping out with Payroll new starters and leavers etc and providing General HR Advice to a number of Senior Managers. At Least level 3 cipd would be required and we are looking to make an appointment as soon as possible. A distinct advantage would be to have worked in the civils or construction or broadband installation industries as a HR previously.
